Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Personalized, customized and made-to-order products may require up to 7 business days for production before shipment.

Estimated U.S. delivery is approximately 5–15 business days after production. Certain supplier-fulfilled products may require 7–20 business days, while international delivery may require approximately 10–30 business days. Product-specific or checkout estimates take priority.

Contact us immediately if you need to request a change or cancellation. We will do our best to help, but changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed once production has started.

Personalized and made-to-order products cannot be returned or exchanged because of a change of mind, an incorrect size or color selected by the customer, or incorrect personalization information submitted with the order.

If your product arrives damaged, defective, incorrectly produced or different from the personalization approved with your order, contact us for an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost.

When tracking is available, a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking information will be sent to the email address provided with your order.

Products may be created and shipped by different fulfillment partners. If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages with separate tracking information.
