What materials are used in your jewelry?
Our necklaces and jewelry are crafted from premium-quality materials, including durable stainless steel and elegant 14k white gold or 18k yellow gold finishes over stainless steel. Each piece is made to offer both lasting beauty and everyday wearability.
Will the jewelry tarnish or lose its shine?
Our jewelry is finished with a protective coating to help preserve its brilliance and resist tarnishing under normal wear. To keep your piece looking its best, we recommend avoiding excess moisture and storing it safely in its gift box when not in use.
Does each necklace come with a message card?
Yes. Every design shown with a message card arrives with that card beautifully printed and placed inside the box, ready to gift and ready to create a memorable moment.
Can the message card be personalized?
At this time, message cards are available as shown in the product photos and cannot yet be customized. We are exploring personalized options for the future.
How is the jewelry packaged?
Each piece arrives in our classic gift box for a beautiful presentation. For an even more elevated gifting experience, you may upgrade to our mahogany-style LED box, designed to illuminate the necklace the moment the box is opened. Gift wrapping is also available for most items at checkout.
Can I include a personal gift note?
At this time, we are unable to include custom notes with orders.
Are your products made and shipped in the USA?
Yes. Unless otherwise noted, our jewelry is lovingly made, packaged, and shipped from our production facility in St. Petersburg, Florida.

Most orders are processed in 1–3 business days. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your parcel is on its way.

4. Do your necklaces come in a gift box?
Yes. Our jewelry is packaged in a ready-to-gift box, and many pieces include a message card so you can send it straight to your loved one.
5. What materials do you use? Will it tarnish or turn skin green?
Our pieces are crafted from high-quality metals (such as stainless steel, sterling silver, or plated brass depending on the design) and are nickel-free and lead-free. With normal care, they won’t turn your skin green or fall apart after a few wears.
6. Can I shower or sleep in my necklace?
We recommend taking your jewelry off before showering, swimming, working out, or sleeping. This helps protect the finish and keeps stones and chains secure for the long term.
7. What is your return and exchange policy?
If you’re not in love with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery as long as they’re unused and in original packaging. Custom or personalized pieces may be final sale—check the product page for details.
8. What if my package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged?
If tracking shows an issue or your order arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and photos (if applicable). We’ll help investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
9. Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to select countries outside the U.S. (options shown at checkout). Duties, taxes, and delivery times vary by destination.
