Yes. Our jewelry is packaged in a ready-to-gift box, and many pieces include a message card so you can send it straight to your loved one.
5. What materials do you use? Will it tarnish or turn skin green?
Our pieces are crafted from high-quality metals (such as stainless steel, sterling silver, or plated brass depending on the design) and are nickel-free and lead-free. With normal care, they won’t turn your skin green or fall apart after a few wears.
6. Can I shower or sleep in my necklace?
We recommend taking your jewelry off before showering, swimming, working out, or sleeping. This helps protect the finish and keeps stones and chains secure for the long term.
7. What is your return and exchange policy?
If you’re not in love with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery as long as they’re unused and in original packaging. Custom or personalized pieces may be final sale—check the product page for details.
8. What if my package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged?
If tracking shows an issue or your order arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and photos (if applicable). We’ll help investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
